We offer an excellent cuisine with various dishes that taste tradition, we are keen on making refined delicacies out of food mainly coming from Italy, such as the regional renowned Tuscan Chianina and Piedmontese Fassone meats;
Our executive Chef Butticè always prefers quick cooking times in order to preserve organoleptic and nutritional properties. Noble Restaurant cooking style enhances national meat such as Scottona (Heifer), or Italian breeds like Chianina and Fassone beef meat, also thanks to the collaboration with our expert butcher Zaccaria along with trusted butcher’s shop Motta from Inzago. The resulting gastronomic matches include, among many others, a new version of cooked ham with home-cooked Italian pork thigh, Tagliata (sliced steak Florentine style) cooked on a molten rock and served with layered fruits and vegetables.
Soups: Our Chef essentially advises Mediterranean recipes and moreover he revisits two local risotto dishes: the typical local risotto Monza style and the regional Milanese risotto made creamy with butter and bone marrow.
Starters for our Chef represent the gastronomic journey that brings you back in various different regions at the same time, going from Sicily through Campania and Sardinia and so on.
Gastronomic delights also include other kinds of rare and refined food, such as fois gras, white and black truffle.
