Our food vision and approach to catering
Our guests are our daily priority because the core value of our job is to meet our guest’s requirements and go along with their wishes.
We meet our diners’ demands with a customized approach and not according to a preset and standardized attitude, thus they play a leading role, continually interacting and accurately advised in their tasting choices. Our customers feel the pleasure of sitting at an appealing well set table, delighting their palate, and receiving a polite and impeccable service, which is also our main purpose.
Our restaurant becomes our guest’s home: our Sicilian heritage and cultural background largely affects this feeling, thus being in contrast with the common belief that going out for lunch or dinner to the restaurant is just eating out.
We are not so involved in the ancestral concept of eating itself, and yet we are strictly keen on food preservation, transformation and cooking processing, for it is our moral and ethical obligation also to assure and provide an appropriate nutritional intake.
We conceive eating as an evolving experience according to the local reality that makes us meet highly demanding and experienced palates, where tasting, both in terms of aesthetics and organoleptic meaning, has a key role.
Our table, that is our diners’ table, is strongly related to the art of welcoming and receiving people. Receiving guests is the emotional expression par excellence. Receiving guests is the pleasure of meeting them for the first time and then seeing them again and gather together, greeting them with customized familiar habits and not simply with standard ceremonial and formal manners.
