Noble Restaurant is located in the historical and religious heart of the town of Monza, in front of the place where St. Gerard miracle took place.
It can be reached through an arched entrance door leading to a small square with the overlooking little church dedicated to the Saint, and you will be pleasantly welcomed in a true peaceful oasis where you can taste and indulge, in no hurry, wine and food proposals especially conceived and suggested for diners.
The location stands out for its historical and architectural value, and it witnesses both the prosperity of this land and the attention and caring shown by its citizens for the needy.
Its structure, dating back to the Twelfth Century, opens onto a marvellous striking cloister. The indoor space is refined, comfortable and elegant surrounded by a soft atmosphere.
Guests can dine in the polished dining room, enjoy the cosy internal garden during spring and summer evenings, or make a reservation for the exclusive Bollinger room.

 

Butticè Family

 

Butticè Family has been present in Monza since 2007 and reached its success and popularity with Moro Restaurant, where a number of Monza local people have had the chance of trying and tasting many dishes created by the executive Chef Vincenzo, who delights palates with fish specialties.

Since March 2009, Butticè Family decided to take up a new challenge: to re-launch S. Gerardino restaurant, currently Noble Restaurant. Two actors are in the spotlight, Butticè Family and Gruppo Meregalli, sharing their intention to present again S. Gerardino restaurant. Its strength is the interaction of similar experiences in the food and wine industry, indeed Noble Restaurant currently offers his guests a large and prestigious Wine List; this feature itself certainly makes our restaurant an exclusive place nationwide, along with the Menu conceived and created by executive Chef Butticè, who uses his culinary skills to bring out the food raw material essence, respectful of nutritional and organoleptic principles, greens and garden products cooking, risotto (rice Italian style), the art of cooking and ennobling any kind of meat cuts.
